3. Products & Pricing
- Vendor Sourced: Products are sold by third-party vendors; we act as the agent.
- Pricing: All prices in NZD and inclusive of GST (15%).
- Errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors (Fair Trading Act 1986).

4. Orders & Payment
- Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
- Confirmation: Orders are binding once payment is processed.
- Declined Orders: We may refuse orders for suspected fraud or policy breaches.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Timelines: Estimated delivery times provided (not guaranteed).
- NZ Regions: Shipping costs vary for North/South Islands and rural areas.
- Risk: Products become your responsibility upon delivery
6. Returns & Refunds (Key Section)

- 5 working day return window for unused, tagged items with proof of purchase.
- Exclusions: Underwear, earrings, custom-made goods (hygiene/safety).
- Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless faulty.
Faulty/Damaged Goods

7. Consumer Rights (CGA 1993)

- Be fit for purpose and of acceptable quality.

8. Intellectual Property
- All Site content (logos, text, images) is owned by Sweet As Goods.
- Vendor product images remain their property.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Indirect losses (e.g., lost profits).
- Vendor product defects (vendors are independent).
- Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
- Maximum Liability: Limited to the product’s purchase price.
10. Privacy
- Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
- We comply with the Privacy Act 2020 (e.g., data breach reporting).
11. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must:
- Accurately describe products.
- Fulfill orders within 24 hours.
- Comply with NZ safety/labeling laws (e.g., fiber content tags).
12. Dispute Resolution
