3. Return Process

- Return Authorization: We’ll email a printable shipping label (faulty items: No free return shipping).
- Ship Back: Use NZ Post or approved courier (tracked service required).
- Inspection: Allow 5 business days for quality checks

- Vendors cover costs for faulty goods (per your Vendor Agreement).
