  • Faulty/Damaged Goods: You’re entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under the CGA.
  • Change of Mind: We offer voluntary returns (beyond legal requirements) under strict conditions.

  • Products damaged by misuse, washing errors, or pets.

3. Return Process

  • Notify Us: Email sweetasgoodsnz@gmail.com within 24 hours (include order # + photos).
  • Return Authorization: We’ll email a printable shipping label (faulty items: No free return shipping).
  • Ship Back: Use NZ Post or approved courier (tracked service required).
  • Inspection: Allow 5 business days for quality checks
4. Refund & Exchange Options

5. Business Safeguards
  • Restocking Fee: 15% for change-of-mind returns (covers processing/handling).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Must pass “resellable” inspection (tags, odor, stains).
  • Fraud Prevention: We may refuse returns for suspicious activity.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors cover costs for faulty goods (per your Vendor Agreement).
  • Must accept returns if product violates CGA (e.g., misdescribed, unsafe).

“Under the CGA, products must be:

  • Of acceptable quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • Match descriptions/photos

If not, you have legal rights – even beyond our policy.
